Vutamel is Pathetic

I have been without internet connection for over a week now, even though i have paid Webafrica for the connection.

The response i get from WebAfrica is that some ISP was given my line without them knowing, hence that is why my connection was cutoff. I don't understand how Vumatel works but this is pathetic and clear abuse of process. I'm even contemplating cancelling my line webafrica and goind back to LTE, though it's a bit steep; I had never experience issue like the ones I'm experiencing with Vutamel
