Vumtel and sadv sharing my personal information with there customers.

Good day Vumtel has given their customers my personal number for vuma and sadv,I have tired many times to talk with there staff they are very rude and not willing to help me especially Kim and Patricia.vuma customers forever texting and calling harassing and swearing because I can't provide the service they paid for,I'm even scared to answer unknown numbers because of vuma.
