Vumetel link down every week and no proper solution to fix it permanently

Last 2 months,I have been experiencing fibre down due to Vumatel.This happens every week and when the complaint is logged they take apprx 2 days to come and fix.They fix it which works for a week and again it break.I am sick and tired of this issue.I have been escalating them to fix the issue permanently and every time they said it wont happen again.Now the fibre is down since yesterday 12.00PM and struggling with them.
