I have had my Vuma line for the past 5.5 years with Vox as my ISP

On Monday, my line is suddenly diverted to MWEB.

Vuma have been so clever as to give my line away.

I have now had to provide proof of address to Mweb to get my line back.

Hello after 5.5 years give proof of address for a stuff up that they made
