Vuma/webafrica is a ****

I am renting and I decided to get wifi so I contact this lady at webafrica/vuma she sent the details to transfer the money for activation and installation since someone was using Vuma before me at this house I am renting she told me she will use that line,after I pay I waited for the router for the longest of time asking that lady for updates she then tells me the lady who was using Vuma wifi was supposed to leave the router and now they can't do anything,so now they are telling me I should find that lady who was renting here and ask for the router,I mean how is that even possible? Anyway I try to come up with a solution saying they should just come and install a new router for me I have been ignored since.
