Vumatel/Webafrica Poor Fiber Service

Moved homes. Chose the Webafrica promotion bundle for fiber 50/50 for R19 for the first month but still charged the full price. Requested for installation end of November 2022 even now I do not have connection. So I'm basically paying for a service I'm not using. Customer service is poor, Vumatel closes tickets without resolving the issue. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
