Vumatel/webafrica bad service

Vumate/webafrica, my service got suspended due to payment. Paid on the 12th of September and I am still battling to get reconnected. Their call center is useless, their whatsapp chat let you chat to a robot that is more useless. I am working from. Home and rely so much on internet. This has been a very painful process. There is no number for Webafrica/Vuma to speak to someone senior. To speak to an agent you hold for too long. They promised to call me back and I am still waiting. Its a shame! I have had such good service from them since the installation. They threw all that in the trash. Very ****ed!!!
