Vumatel/Vox NOT The Way to Go

If you thinking of using Vox or Vumatel please people think again.....their is so much down time and issues with their connections here in Malvern,Durban its pathetic.For the past 6 to 8 months I have had little to NO connection on a regular basis and have to wait 3 days to a week for a technitian to come and fiddle amd say sorted but 15 min after he leaves it goes off again.I am currently off again with no service or broadband.....thank god end of December I am going with someone else....AGAIN PEOPLE IF YOU IN DURBAN OR NEAR MALVERN DONT TAKE VOX AMD VUMATEL GO WITH OPEN SERVE MORE STABLE CONNECTION.
