Vumatel,the worst FNO in Africa.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had from a FNO! These people can't distinguish between two separate addresses and two separate fibre lines,they are very quick to escalate your query and just pass you from post to pillar.

I have app**** for fibre connectivity almost two weeks ago and still I'm not connected!

The agents try to be helpful,but the rest of the company just does not give one ****!

You have to follow up,and when you do they have a different excise from each agent that you speak to.

They dont care that you have no internet at home,they dont care about your complaints,why should they?

The good old days of Vumatel being the best are long gone. They are now the biggest but the worst!

You can see the passmark is 30% as it clearly displays what idiots work at this company.

I expect a call asap to resolve this issue.
