Vumatel/Telkom pathetic to non existant service.

I have been with Vumatel for about two years. All I have had was problems and issues. Everytime my system decides not to work I have battled for days to weeks on end to get it up and running. Everytime I call I get told that they are working on the problem but nothing gets done. I ama TEFL teacher and it is frustrating let alone a major loss of income everytime I have no network. You pay so much for poor to no service. I am at the point of looking for another service provider. This is inacceptable!!!
