Dear Vumatel Ticket ref number: ISP-475297 Congratulations!!! I had a perfectly working fibre network until you allocated my ONT to another customer at MWEB. YOUR mistake, day 2, still not rectified. WHY???? Do I get a refund for the mobile data purchased due to your incompetence?
