Vumatels Worst experience trying to have internet

Vumatel quickly takes your payment with their pay fast system and 6 days later still can't provide you with a service no calls to tell me what's happening I have to contact afrihost to get answers and even there it's a problem, because afrihost escalates and escalates but no one at vuma does anything. How is vuma running business when they can't even activate lines correctly
