Vumatel's unreliable fiber

After being disconnected no fewer than seven times since signing up on Vumatel's fiber infrastructure, I wasted an entire day at home waiting for technicians who did not arrive after being disconnected since Tuesday. I find Vumatel's infrastructure highly unreliable and their service shocking to say the least.
