Vumatel's sloppy service

Your service sucks big time. Why do we have to call every month when there no internet connection. Then no one at the help desk can give a straight answer as to when the service will be restored. I'm paying you guys full amount every month, no miss payments but this is the pathetic service I get. Mxm
