Vumatel's poor service and poor connection

Vumatel's services is very very poor its been 2 days now with their on and off poor connection and they don't resolve it or even respond to us... The other this is we can't contact them directly VUMAtel is a joke and is playing with our money, when they debit they always find their money in my account but their service is so poor
