Vumatel's Poor Customer Service

I have been waiting 6 days for Vumatel to come out and fix a problem because my fiber is not working. They called me yesterday to say they were on their way and never pitched up. I am very disappointed in the service. I work from home and have not been able to get any work done. When I phoned they do not answer, when I phone fiber they keep on telling me 3 - 5 business days. How many 3 - 5 business days will it take to sort this issue out? TERRIBLE Customer Service.. Sorry I meant there's actually no customer service to comment on!
