Vumatel's lack of Customer Service

I am really disappointed in Vumatel's customer service, or lack thereof. I have been without internet for over 48 with promises of help and I get nowhere. Interestingly enough, when I posted on their Facebook page I got a response 4min later (after waiting 30 hours for contact). They said their maintenance team would call me.... I'm still waiting for a response. I think my post on Facebook was purely responded to in order for them to look good and not to actually help in resolving my problem.

I really don't think that I am asking for a lot, all they need to do is call me.
