Vumatel's Good Service Quality Rescued!

Today, following my previous very negative comments, Vumatel certainly provided some excellent service. In the early afternoon, I was contacted telephonically by a lady from Vumatel who told me what had been done, that my line was 100% and that she would request Afrihost to remotely reconfigure my router. By mid-afternoon, normal service was restored. A pat on the back for Vumatel, and a special thanks to the lady from Vumatel who contacted me, she was an absolute pleasure to talk to.
