Vumatel's "escalation"
When I recently complained about Vumatel, they wrote back that it has been "escalated" and I will be contacted. Nothing happened. I then searched for complaints against Vumatel.... I am planning to write a review about Vumatel's every second day until I get a respons. Make my Day Vumatel

11 May 2024, 04:49I sent Vumatel an email which went unanswered. When I complaint about it, the y responded that they "tried to contact me". Maybe by ***eon mail, but not by email. Now they "configured my line and connectivity is restored"? I never asked for that! It is a clear indication that my email was not read. I am now escalating my undertaking of writing a review from every second day to every day Vumatel.
