Vumatel's consultants or agents treat their clients in a very unprofessional and appalling manner. I signed up for Vumatel on the 28th Mar, payment was processed and finalized same day and was told that accredited installers will come to my house and install the fibre. Date given for installation was 4th April, to this day no installation took place and they keep postponing day of installing the cables. Unfortunately, I give up running after them asking about the installation - all I want from Vumatel is refund. As small as the fee paid thus far for installation, I still want refund.
