Vumatel’s bad service

I have been a client with Vumatel for a few months now and I am not happy with their service at all. 1. As a client you can go on for DAYS with no internet connection and they will tell you that i technician is resolving the issue, mind you you will not be reimbursed for the days you had no connection. I work from home and yet I have to drive around and look for a place that can connect me to the internet for me to be able to work even though I have paid for my monthly subscription with Vumatel. I have been complaining about the service but no one is helping. At this point they don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them. I’m loosing business because of this issue.
