Vumatel's agents

I would like to actually name and shame Vumatel's useless agents that do not know what customer service is. The fact that vuma does not even have a phone number or call center to call is pathetic. I have been on the what's app chat with their agents for more than 2 weeks, I referred all my Neighbours to sign up and the pathetic service the people are getting is sickening. The sign up was a mess first my referral link did not work so their sales department did it on my behalf and they did it wrong. Then when i got in contact with them to tell them it was done wrong, they told me to cancel but get this i cannot cancel now the account holder must cancel mind you this is an almost 70 year old woman. Then we now have to cancel but it is taking them more than a week still nothing has been resolved.
