Vumatel....No...Vumatel

I had fibre installed by Vumatel Nov18, after a year of issues with intermittent connection things just got worst....cell c blamed Vuma and vice versa, finally cell c replaced the router did all the checks and it still was an issue, then i logged a call with Vuma on 10 Dec they stay escalating but the issue never gets resolved. ******* service, i spoke to their ex technician and he outlined the issue but cannot fix it as he moved on, Vuma quick to install but no Vuma to help when it comes to customers issues.
