Vumatel/Mweb disgrace
Good day. Can someone please explain How the hell is there no contact or customer service on a weekend when you Wi-Fi is down ....after regularly payments. Been struggling whole weekend to get my Wi-Fi on. With NO decent response from Vumatel or Mweb. Can someone please contact me URGENTLY before I escalate this....as my frustration is on another level.
