Vumatel/Mweb and their partners Excelleny Service!

My router stopped working on Monday evening after loadshedding. I called my isp(mweb) at about 9:30am Tuesday. Mweb forwarded the ticket to Vumatel. By 1pm a new router was installed and by 1:30 my internet was fully functional.
