Vumatell-Vuma Hell

Wow where do I begin, first they didnt want to release the line then they have constant outages-Vuma please get it right-Before long you will be a white Elephant like all the other failed businesses-As everyone knows we had load shedding about a week ago, well our WIFI router did not like this at all (I so i think) well the morning the router was not working myself and my wife called Vumatell on numerous occasions and every single time you are reverted to an online assistant-Well eventually we got hold of a living, breathing human and we were promised heaven on earth well the Technician that was supposed to pitch at 11:30 did not pitch at all and now we have another day (after the entire weekend) without internet-Vuma please just do this one thing right I beg.....
