Vumatell / Vox telecom, just don't care.

hi have been sitting without internet for almost a week now, every time i phone, the response i get is, "we have sent in a ticket." this is extremely poor service, not even 1 response or update has been given to me, i have phoned every single day, and still nothing has happened,

i mean seriously, this is extremely pathetic service, i have paid my bills every month on time, what do i actually pay for then??????
