Vumatell outage
We have been experiencing the total blackout no internet connection since Sunday at 16h00.We contacted Vodacom and they confirmed that the problem is Vumatell, Vodacom couldnt provide with a call ref number and Vumatel on the other side needs reference for us to be assisted.Yesterday I sent this message to Vumatel Good afternoon,we have been experiencing a total blackout no internet connection since yesterday at 16h00 and we contacted Vodacom and they confirmed that the problem is with Vumatell.Jhb South L&V .I checked no response from them.

Please be advised that your first point of contact when you have an issue relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged. Kindly reach out to your ISP.
