VUMATELL HORRIBLE SERVICE

What a weekend. 31st May till 1st June. Wifi went off on 31 May at around 10am due to vandalism and cable theft,service has been down since then. Vuma dose nor update its customers.the customers just call in to the contact center and then to find these very rude and illiterate agents on the line. Drops the call in you while waiting for an outcome. They transfer you to the csat rating before assisting you. My payment went off from my ISP buty WIFI REMAINS OFF LIKE WTH VUMATELL WE ARE NOT GETTING FREE WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS. I WANT MY 3 DAYS WITHOUT WIFI BACN I PAYED FOR FULL MONTH. Where is the CEO please us.
