Vumatell Drivers a danger on the road

I don’t know where to report this but I am driving on my way to work on Baden Powell in Cape town and one of your installation techs was driving like a bat out off hell. Overtaking cars over a solid line, driving so recklessly and nearly drove into my cars rear.

Like honestly his driving is so bad.. you might want to look into that

His Car registration is HJ 29 HC GP This was at 7:50 am on the 28th of September 2020
