VUMATELL and Gosi Smith <***> worst service ever

dear VUMATE,L, your installation companies is busy dragging your name down the drain, this is the worst support i have ever seen, Gosi Smith <***> went out to move a fiber box for me, then they just left it outside on the ground and it was ******, now they want to charger me to get it replaced !!!!!! to get hold of them you on the phone for a bout 40min before someone answers the call then you get greeted with the worst service ever
