Vumatell & Afrihost inability to resolve internet connection issue

I installed fibre to my home about 3 weeks ago. Since then, I am unable to get connectivity to the Intranet. I logged a call with Afrihost who could not resolve the problem and pointed to Vumatel. Since then, I sent several emails to Afrihost to complain about the problem not being resolved. I would not recommend Vumatell or Afrihost to anyone.
