Vumatel/Afrihost pertnership shocking.

An application was made on the 3rd January 2018 with Afrihost for an uncapped fibre line in Edenburg JHB. On both Afrihost’s and Vumatel’s websites it shows that fibre is live in my area. Both companies pass the buck and still no installation. Afrihost delivered the router but the configuration must still be done by Vumatel. There is a fibre connection in my apartment. Vumatel just does not come and connect everything as was promised. Both companies show no interest in trying to settle the matter. I have called both companies at least 5 times since the 16th January. I can not continue to beg the companies for service. Very bad.
