Vumatel/Afrihost - No support or resolution of issues

I have been trying to migrate my fibre to my new address since December. Between Afrihost and Vumatel none of them can get it right. My service is constantly cancelled for no reason and definitely not a request made by me. Afrihost are blaming Vumatel and Vumatel are blaming Afrihost. I have to continuously call, email, and follow up. Today I am still awaiting a follow up from 3 three phone calls yesterday. Each one promises to resolve the problem. Yet my debit order still goes off every month. In the meantime I have had to buy data to work. I have been a customer of Afrihost/Vumatel for over 9 years. There is no customer service or resolution of problems. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
