Vumatel - Your slogan should be "oops I did it again"

This is the third time I have to struggle with Vumatel!

My fibre works perfectly. Then you decide , in your infinite wisdom, to (please note, only my link in the area) cancel my fibre service. If it works don't touch it. How is it so difficult to understand!
