Vumatel your customer service is nonexistent!!!!

I don't think Vumatel understands what customer service or customer followups is for. I had an issue with my fiber connection and Vumatel techs came through to rewire my fiber and everytime the techs come out its someone new and they have no clue what the previous tech did and they can not call the tech that did the installation. The last technician that came through could not find the connection box for my hse which i can not understand and then proceeded to do a temp fix. He ran the cable from my house over my wall and onto my neighbor's front fence and connected my cable to my neighbor's box and assured my neighbor that he would be back on Monday to sort it out. Which did not happen !!!! The cable was tapped to the top of both our fences and I have cables hanging from my wall. There us no contact details as I keep getting told that i have to contact my isp which i did. No one contacts me and i keep getting a message that my query has been resolved. Can someone please contact me to sort this out because the only to get service from Vumatel is to put a complaint on Hellopeter.com ????????? Vumatel your customer service is nonexistent!!!!
