Vumatel DOWN the entire day...No Feedback Even our ISPs dont know what the issue is with Vumatel

Connection has been restored now..To date, my ISP ( Supersonic ) have not received feedback from Vumatel of the outage and what was wrong....
Don't you inform your ISPs when there is an outage ?
