VUMATEL YOU ARE ONE HUGE FRUSTRATION AND DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!

AND still nothing is happening!

Vumatel seems like they just dont grasp good customer service!

Got phoned on Monday by Grace who I REALLY thought is going to help me but unfortunately she just gathered info so that I think Vumatel actually cared but they don't! Cause it is Thursday and still no word from her on how we are going to resolve the problem.

So Vumatel decided to randomly just rock up at our place without any prior arrangement yesterday and unfortunately (like 99% of people) we were at work and nobody was home. I told the guy he must come later the day when somebody will be home, he said okay, I also made a call to Vumatel telling them nobody arranged with us they can come later the afternoon where I was told no problem a technician will come out AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN! Second appointment missed, how many of these are we going to have???
