Vumatel X Vodacom = stay away

My ISP is Vodacom, infrastructure Vumatel. Between the two of these companies, neither of them know what's happening at anytime. I call in with a speed issue, the technician resets my device. Now my speed is fixed but doesn't stay on for longer than 5 minutes. No one can account for what was done and how it's needs to be resolved. I have to get a SR ticket booked so another clueless person to come around to the house to also not find the fault. Paying over R1000 for a service that doesn't work makes absolutely no sense. Having technicians that don't understand the technology is absurd. They are all reading from a manual and have absolutely no practical knowledge. It's a crazy scheme they are running and the fact that Carte Blanche hasn't picked this story up is wild.
