VUMATEL - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

VUMATEL WORST ISP IN THE COUNTRY -

My vuma fibre line is suspended for 7 days. payment was done immediately after suspension due to my card expiring. Ive sent over 30 emails....called about 50 times. they keep blaming payfast. payfast sent through an email stating vumatel has been paid but still no connection. EMAILS fall onto deaf ears as NO one response. I even copied the CEO of Vuma...That also didnt work.
