Vumatel worst service provider.

This is the worst service provider ever. They make appointments and give you time and date but never pitch to do installation. The 5 Jan was installation day at 2pm. No one came out. Second time no communication etc. The installer pH me when he arrived just after 8am. He can't do installation cos it'll take almost 3hours to do and he has other installations to do. Today again installation was booked for 10am. Nothing and no one came out. Before all this I received a call from Vumatel that my line 2 was approved and installation will soon take place. They either don't respond or they don't Wana come out.
