Vumatel worst service provider

Vumatel contacted me a month ago regarding my issue with them, I explained everything with them over the phone they said they are going to escalate the matter and they going to discuss the matter with the team, they still haven't gotten back to me neither did they do anything to solve my problem...... VUMATEL IS THE WORST SERVICE
