Vumatel worst service ever!!

I am so disappointed. I am a new customer from the 16th March 2021. Had internet for a week and then no internet at all. Phoned Vuma and they cannot assist me as i need to phone the service provider. Phones the service provider and they tried to help me and logged a ticket to Vumatel to respond. The next day we phoned the service provider and Vumatel closed the ticket without checking what the problem is. Logged a new ticket again and the ticket was closed again. Was on the phone with Vumatel and all they could say is we need to log another ticket wich we did for a 3rd and 4th time and still the same problem and all the tickets were closed as they are saying there are no problems. I got the best service from our service provider as they checked and informed Vumatel that the problem is at Vumatel and what they did wrong. This is totally unacceptable and the worst service ever!! I would like to cancel my contract and move to another company. I would not recommend Vumatel to anyone!
