Vumatel WORST SERVICE EVER.

If I could, it would be less than one star. Seriously the worst customer service EVER!!! We had fibre installed and signed up with service provider A. All was well and internet was running smoothly. A few months later, my unemployed neighbour has her internet installed, and ours goes off for hours and on for about half an hour at a time. Mind you the installation was done by "Vumatel workers" I am told. After numerous complaints and back and forth with Provider A, we cancel and sign up with provider B, but the problem persists. After these different providers and same exact problem, we can safely say the fault lies with Vumatel. We requested several call outs from Vumatel, but they DO NOT GIVE A DAMN. To date no one came to check. Our income and our children's education hang in the balance due to these people's lack of service as we work from home and the children are schooled online. Why are they so reluctant to come out? At first we thought perhaps the workers mistakenly or accidently damaged the cable leading to our premises when they installed said neighbours internet, but the attitude of the company stinks. I am now wondering if the connection was *****ulently done, and if so who is responsible? You would think that Vumatel would send out their people to check, but it seems they are quite happy to overlook customer grievences, which has me wondering...
