VUMATEL WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for 2 teams to come out and complete in installation, one team to install a box inside your home and another to complete configuration outside. Come the day of the appointment, only the one team arrives. They confirmed that the other team will come on Monday. Monday has come and gone, nobody has arrived or contacted me on why this never happened. I keep calling them and all I get is *********** consultants who place me on hold forever. I regret signing up with you guys and wish you can come and collect your and shove it. If this is how your treat new customers, I don't want to imagine what its like being an old customer. I am absolutely disgusted at how you do business. I ignored the bad reviews and gave you the benefit of the doubt but you are so d@mn PATHETIC!!!!
