VUMATEL! WORST SERVICE EVER!

We installed fiber at our unit on the 29/01/2018 trough Vumatel. Since this day we are still not connected to the internet. Me and my husband have been phoning non stop to sort out our problem but we only get a "we will escalate the problem" Have have told them to come and fetch their equipment as and reimburse me as they have taken the montly debit order bu still cant provide us with internet acess.

They only deliver bad service and I would not recommend anyone to go with Vumatel.
