Vumatel worst service

Once again vumatel disappoints. Not for one month this year have they provided any form of consistent service. Last night at 8pm we were made aware internet services are down with no further Freedman. 12 hours later still no feedback with no resolution at all. I don't know what has been happening this year with vumatel but they are not responding to any complaints and do not care about providing a service anymore. You won't even be compensated for the time they have been down
