Vumatel worst service

My access point has been positioned 50 meters from my premises. To connect the fiber I am required to remove my paving which costs R2000 this is more than the cable and installation itself. Additional to the above it is requested that I pay a fee of R1200.00 over and above just for cable. I spoke to two contractors they came and checked the area the one named moh is in charge of the are said they will have a meeting and get back to me but no one has gotten back to me. The right place to put the access point is in infront of gate the distance is only 20meters, no one has asked us before putting the access point by my neighbors house. I wanted to connect my fiber with vumatel but it's costing me so much money
