Vumatel - worst service!

Vumatel service is absolutely appalling! It has been a month and they still have not come out to do the installation, yet they have activated the Wi-Fi that cannot be used until the installation is done. My livelihood is dependent on the access to the internet. They refuse to respond to any messages or calls. For such a big company, it has seriously been a nightmare dealing with them.
