Vumatel Worst of the worst rating of 0

Very bad.

I ordered my wifi through webAfrica about 3 weeks ago. On the 31st a consultant from Webafrica told me that VUMATEL had the wrong address. The i told him where the address is and he escalated the report back to Vumatel. Today I got told that My address is not registered under Vumatel and that it will take another 2 weeks "Working Days" Before they will be close to getting the address listed.

This is to me the worst ever I have seen. Vumatel is not a provider that can provide. They are a provider that can make you wait. Not even that. They will take your money with a smile and let you wait even longer. This will mark it waiting period of 5 weeks. Just to get confirmation of installation. So how long will I have to wait for an installation? 6 weeks?

Very bad and poor performance. They want to take over but they can't deliver... Better hope that there will be a company that can teach them a thing or two about getting problems resolved and can show them how to do it as well?
